Having the membership advantage is knowing your total project costs will be lower. After you’ve become a member, you’ll be able to pick a discounted pricing program. After final invoice of a given project, any remaining discounted hours are saved and carried over to your next work order.

Change Orders are crucial for maintaining transparency and project continuity. It’s a communication stronghold for all parties involved. Whether it be a Client, Subcontractor, or Langeo, formal submission of a change order helps maintain a healthy project, and relationships.
Reasons for Change Orders can include:
Scope Changes; new design features. Choice in new appliances or equipment, layout of a build. Expanding the scope in general.
Unforeseen discoveries; dry rotted joists, black mold, foundational issues, and general health and safety hazards.
Material or cost adjustments; costs change for desired material, specific products becoming discontinued or unavailable.
Unforeseen timeline delay; back ordered products, safety concerns. Along with other possible change order reasoning, timelines can be affected.
Terms & Conditions
Our programs help facilitate preconstruction and discounted manhours recognized in billing. Each member’s selected program is subjected to one invoice or contract at a time and expire annually. Pricing programs are subject to scheduling and availability. Pricing programs are subject to one selection per-year unless selection was used within six-months.
Any costs of equipment, material, expendables, and sub-contracts, are not recognized cost of discounted hours. Membership discounts must be obtained prior to invoices and signed contracts, in order for discounted hours to be recognized.
Work Order System and Pricing Programs are only available to active members. Members must maintain monthly or annual subscription.
All memberships provide the use of work order, change order, and jobsite feedback form submittals. A digital product access. This creates a streamline of formal documentation and communication.
