In whole, he’s a well-rounded, Foundation to Finish Carpenter, and Superintendent. He brings over 15 years of dedicated craft into his industry for his clients. Bringing with him a network of trusted colleagues, and trade contractors. All while, creating Langeo Contracting, growing its clientele, manpower, and services provided.

Change Orders are crucial for maintaining transparency and project continuity. It’s a communication stronghold for all parties involved. Whether it be a Client, Subcontractor, or Langeo, formal submission of a change order helps maintain a healthy project, and relationships.
Reasons for Change Orders can include:
Scope Changes; new design features. Choice in new appliances or equipment, layout of a build. Expanding the scope in general.
Unforeseen discoveries; dry rotted joists, black mold, foundational issues, and general health and safety hazards.
Material or cost adjustments; costs change for desired material, specific products becoming discontinued or unavailable.
Unforeseen timeline delay; back ordered products, safety concerns. Along with other possible change order reasoning, timelines can be affected.
Terms & Conditions
Our programs facilitate preconstruction costs and discounted manhours recognized with credit in proposals, contracts, and invoices. Each members credits are subjected to one invoice or contract at a time. Credits are subject to scheduling and availability. Any costs of equipment, material, expendables, and sub-contracts, are not recognized with credits. Membership discounts must be obtained prior to invoices and signed contracts, in order for credits to be recognized.
All memberships provide the use of work order, change order, and jobsite feedback form submittals. A digital product access. This creates a streamline of formal documentation and communication.
